Measuring Progress

Reviewed our business plan today and realised the progress we have made since I last looked at it.  It reinforced a similar comment I heard from one of the women on our Planning for Success programme.

Even if your plan is no more than a one page overview, its useful to complete this and then go back to it, because its so easy to forget what you have achieved and it acts as a great encouragement for you to continue.  I was out with friends last night and one of them decided to have a gooey dessert, putting paid to her healthy eating plan.  I pointed out that one error does not mean you have to give up completely and the same goes for business planning.  So start today and write yourself a plan for what you want to achieve in the coming week!
